The Opportunity
A liaison officer who will be in constant communication with clients and other volunteers. The case manager is supported by a team of expert volunteers on different subjects.
Responsibilities
· Consult with clients and understand their situation well
· Gather necessary information and draw up a clear plan for the client’s future
· Coordinate and assign tasks to fellow volunteers that will help you in each case
· Explain the plan and proposals you have identified to the client and get regular updates from them
· Be a support system to the client and refer to external experts if needed
